Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Agreements or Contract, with a Vendor or Vendors, for the purpose of purchasing a monochrome all-in-one large format Print/Copy/Scan system at a cost not to exceed $14,000, chargeable to and payable from the following account.
