Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Department of Public Works to enter into a Project and License Agreement with the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation to benefit Grandview Scenic Byway Park, by providing capital improvements in the form of view and habitat restoration signs.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Project and License Agreement with the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation pursuant to which the MWCDC will provide view and habitat restoration signs for Grandview Scenic Byway Park and assist with the maintenance thereof.  The form and substance of the Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Solicitor.
