Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with East End Cooperative Ministry, Women's Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, Womanspace East, Operation Safety Net and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank for administrative, operating essential services, and/or renovation costs for their shelters under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $131,303.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with East End Cooperative Ministry, Women's Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, Womanspace East, Operation Safety Net and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank for administrative, operating essential services, and/or renovation costs for shelters serving the homeless under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $131,303.00 chargeable to and payable from the S.E.S.G.P:

Section 2. Any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
