Title
Resolution granting unto University of Pittsburgh, 124 Cathedral of Learning, Pittsburgh, PA 15260, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, private underground utilities at the right-of-ways of Robinson, Carrillo and Brackenridge Streets in the 4th and 5th Wards, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the University of Pittsburgh, 124 Cathedral of Learning, Pittsburgh, PA 15260, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,
1) Robinson Street:
· Sanitary Sewer- an 8 inch (SDR 26) private sanitary sewer under the road and sidewalk areas of Robinson Street (as per Exhibit A) for a total length of 64 linear feet, including a 4 foot diameter manhole.
· Electric- a 4.16KV electric ductbank consisting of two 5 inch PVC conduit in a steel reinforced concrete envelope (approximately 2 feet wide by 1.5 feet high) under the road and sidewalk areas of Robinson Street (as per Exhibit A) for a total length of 66 linear feet, including a portion of a 6 foot by 8 foot manhole.
2) Carrillo Street:
· Tele/Data- a tele/data ductbank consisting of four 4 inch PVC conduit in a steel reinforced concrete envelope (approximately 2 feet wide by 2 feet high) under the sidewalk and road areas of Carrillo Street (as per Exhibits A, B, & C) for a total length of 457 linear feet, including a 6 foot by 8 foot manhole.
· Steam- a private steam service consisting of a 6 inch high pressure steam (HPS) and a 3 inch high pressure return (HPR) in a concrete mini-trench under the road and sidewalk areas of Robinson Street and Carrillo Street (as per Exhibits A & B) for a total length of 317 linear feet.
