Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Penn Valuation Group, Inc., PO Box 2540, Pittsburgh, PA  15230 in an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($4,700.00) in payment of appraisal services without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 521400, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2009, in the Department of Law.
