Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-8775, from Specialty Group, 3205 McKnight East Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 as identified in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, docket #130, formerly known as JmyGeez, Inc., 1822 Main St., Pittsburgh PA 15215 to Applicant Dia Isha, Inc., 810 Ivy St., Pittsburgh, PA 15232, for the premises located at 810 Ivy St., Pittsburgh, PA 15232 pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Section 2. Request for Approval

Dia Isha, Inc., which has a mailing address of 810 Ivy St., Pittsburgh, PA 15232, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-8775, which is currently registered to Specialty Group, 3205 McKnight East Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, as identified as bankruptcy estate formerly known as JmyGeez, Inc., 1822 Main St., Pittsburgh PA 15215, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into premises numbered as 810 Ivy St., Pittsburgh, PA 15232. The proposed interior of the premises is a 900 square foot space as a restaurant and tavern business.
