Resolution amending Resolution No. 36, effective February 9, 2009, entitled “Authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for administration and implementation of a Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant of up to $20,000,000 from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development” by adding the account from which funds will be paid. (Council Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 36, effective February 9, 2009, which currently reads as follows:

“Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements with Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”), in a form approved by the City Solicitor, designating URA as the City's agent for implementation of a Neighborhood Stabilization Program (“NSP”) grant of up to $20,000,000 from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (“DCED”), requiring compliance by URA with DCED's NSP requirements, authorizing the disbursement of NSP funds to URA and providing for the reimbursement of the Commonwealth for any expenditure of NSP funds found by DCED to be ineligible.”

is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Section 1.
