Title

Resolution providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the sharing of digital geographic information.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will share digital geographic information produced by the Department of City Planning GIS Division.
