Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor to receive monies from the Urban Redevelopment Authority to replace existing street lighting along Grandview Avenue with new poles, fixtures and energy efficiency technology and further providing for legitimate expenditures for payments and agreement or agreements, or contract or contracts for any services required in connection with the execution of said grant agreement. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts or expenditures shall not exceed $400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand Dollars).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to receipt of grant monies in the amount of $400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand Dollars). These funds will be used to replace existing street lighting along Grandview with new poles, fixtures and energy efficiency technology. A Coop Agreement has been authorized under separate resolution. Monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund: Grandview Avenue Street Light Replacement Project: Account 481140, 600000 Fund 2940, Org 400000, Sub-Class 600, Project/Grant PR10046, Budget Year 2009.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Coop Agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority outlined in Section 1 of this resolution. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed $400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from the Grandview Avenue Street Light Replacement Project Grants Trust Fund: Account 481140 600000, Fund 2940, Org 400000, Sub-Class 600, Project/Grant PR10046, Budget Year 2009.
