Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the transfer to URA of $400,000 for the rehabilitation of the Anderson and Sandusky Streets underpasses. (Council District 1)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in form approved by the City Solicitor, designating URA as the City's agent for the rehabilitation of the Anderson and Sandusky Streets underpasses, providing for the design, inspection and construction of the project, the dedication of any public improvements to the City of Pittsburgh, the waiver of permit fees for contractors retained by URA in the construction thereof, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
