Resolution amending Resolution No. 334, effective June 19, 2008, entitled "Providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the 2008-2009 Community Development Block Grant Program, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $5,900,000" by increasing the Neighborhood Business and Economic Development line item by $1,000,000 and the total cost to $6,900,000. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 334, effective June 19, 2008, which currently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following programs and activities in connection with the 2008-2009 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed Five Million Nine Hundred Thousand ($5,900,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:
