Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue quit claim deeds and to grant underground structure support easements and various other easements for portions of City of Pittsburgh owned parcels in the 24th Ward to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for right-of-way expansion and easement improvements to State Route 28, Sections A-09 and A-10.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.
 
Whereas:  Certain portions of City of Pittsburgh parcels are no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh.
 
Whereas:  Certain City of Pittsburgh parcels require underground easements and other applicable easements.
 
Whereas:  The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation requires this property for right-of-way expansion and these various easement improvements to State Route 28, Sections  A-09 and A-10.
 
 
Now, therefore be it resolved that:
The Director of Finance or the Mayor of  The City of  Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and deliver quit claim deeds and grant various easements
in form approved by the City Solicitor to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the following described properties all being in
Council District No. 1:

Section 2.      BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said conveyance shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
