Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract/s and/or Agreement/s, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for cleaning and historical restoration of City Council Chambers, at a cost not to exceed $28,715,000, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
