Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with agencies to provide financial assistance, housing/housing related services, administrative expenses, data collection and evaluation services, legal services and other miscellaneous services, at a cost not to exceed $6,848,936, chargeable to and payable from the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP):
