Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 305, effective July 9, 2004, which presently reads as follows:
 
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for design services in connection with the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Braddock Avenue and Penn Avenue, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
