Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 341, effective June 16, 2009, which presently reads as follows:

“The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, and/or to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, and to purchase materials and supplies, in connection with the Neighborhood Street Improvements, at a cost not to exceed $70,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
