Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to create a special trust fund, to be designated as the "Stimulus Trust Fund", for the deposit of non-entitlement monies received as ARRA funding or as a sub-recipient of ARRA funding for the purpose of supporting and enhancing City assets and functions.  Monies deposited into said trust fund shall be used by the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an agreement or agreements or use of existing agreements and/or a contract or contracts, or use of existing contracts to cover approved expenditures for the payment of salaries, transfers, fringe benefits, supplies, equipment, utilities, materials, rentals, professional and miscellaneous services and any other services required in connection with supporting the administration and expenditure of "Stimulus Trust Fund" monies in compliance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act accountability requirements of said act.  Monies from the various sources shall be tracked by the establishment of separate Program numbers in the "Stimulus Trust Fund".  The Director of Finance shall be responsible for tracking all grants pertaining to this trust fund.
