Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and Contract or Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with consultant or consultants and vendor or vendors for the purpose of assisting the City in preparing and implementing its Comprehensive Planning Processes, at a cost not to exceed $450,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2009 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning, "Comprehensive Planning", Project Nos.
