Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Chief of Police and the Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement to extend network services from 312 South Main Street (Zone 6) to the Weed and Seed office at 130 Wabash Avenue at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Eight Dollars ($15,558.00). This is a one time cost to be chargeable to and payable from the following chartfield:
