Resolution amending Resolution No. 624, effective November 21, 2008, entitled: Resolution providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories, so as to increase the amount allocated from $16,490,923.00, to $20,969,174 (+4,478,251 CDBG-R) to the following projects: "Capital Equipment Purchase" (+$478,251); "Bridge Repairs" (+$380,000); "Neighborhood Street Improvements" (+$70,000); "Disabled and Public Sidewalk Program" (+$75,000); "Street Resurfacing" (+$1,350,000); "Slope Failure Remediation" (+$75,000); "Wall, Step, and Fence Program" (+$540,000); "Police Zone Renovations" (+$50,000); "Ball field Lighting" (+$460,000); "Neighborhood Business and Economic Development" (+$1,000,000).
