• Title: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh wishes Alice Marratto a Happy 80th Birthday; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh proclaims that Friday, April 24th, 2009 be hereby declared as “Alice Marratto Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, on Friday, April 24, 2009 Alice Marratto is celebrating her 80^th Birthday; and

WHEREAS, Alice Marratto was active in the Democratic Party and served as Ward Chair in the 1950's; and

WHEREAS, Alice Marratto has been a City of Pittsburgh resident for her entire life and has lived in the Brookline neighborhood for over forty years; and

WHEREAS, Alice Marratto had three sons and one daughter and has many grand children and great grandchildren;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh wishes Alice Marratto a Happy 80^th Birthday; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh proclaims that Friday, April 24^th, 2009 be hereby declared as "Alice Marratto Day" in the City of Pittsburgh.
