WHEREAS, Emanuel Christian Preschool was founded in 1984 and has been committed to meeting the needs of parents, grandparents and the neighborhood for over 25 years; and,
WHEREAS, Emmanuel Christian Preschool offers a complete educational-support program with qualified staff, expanding their start time to continue to meet the needs of the community; and,
WHEREAS, Emmanuel Christian Preschool has not only been providing quality education, but a nurturing environment with positive reinforcements that all children need at this tender age; and,
WHEREAS, the teachers and staff of Emmanuel Christian Preschool extend their services to include home visits in order for the teachers, parents and students to become better acquainted with the needs of the students; and,
WHEREAS, part of the goal of Emmanuel Christian Preschool is to combine God, families, teachers and the community.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Emmanuel Christian Preschool for its outstanding dedication to preschool children and their families.
