Title
Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 675, effective January 1, 2009, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2009 Capital Budget and the 2009 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2009 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program," by adjusting various line items to reflect additional funding available from the PWSA for the comprehensive Web-based Permitting system project.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 675, effective January 1, 2009, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2009 Capital Budget and the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2009 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program," is hereby amended and supplemented by increasing the amount of OTHER funds from $14,719,578 to $14,782,078 to reflect a contribution from the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority for the City's comprehensive Web-based Permitting system project. The additional $62,500 is allocated as follows:
