Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission are hereby authorized to make all legitimate expenditures necessary to implement the 2009 Pittsburgh Partnership Employment Program, including but not limited to agreement or agreements with various agencies to provide job development and employment services, job related vocational skills training and/or on-the-job training, wages and fringe benefits for supervisor, staff, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, outreach, recruitment costs and administrative expenditures. Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require. The total cost and reimbursement to the City for City paid costs shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars chargeable to and payable from the 2009 Pittsburgh Partnership Employment Program, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission CDPCS Account 500000, Fund 2610, Organization 109000, Sub-Class C2009, Project/Grant 2206322, Budget Year 2009.
