Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of  Finance, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of Two (2) 28 yard Recycling Packer, and one (1) pickup truck with ParKan dump body, and all related accessories, for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, and provide for the payment thereof and/or the transfer of all required funding to the Equipment Leasing Authority at a cost not to exceed Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870, Org. 400000, Account 542700, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2009, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services.
