Resolution providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $1,002,958. (Council Districts: All).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will implement Neighborhood Stabilization Program activities at a cost not to exceed One Million Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight ($1,002,958) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
