Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor, the Director of Public Safety, and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for McGann & Chester to provide professional services in connection with the administration and provision of towing and storage services for the City of Pittsburgh at zero cost.
