Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a  warrant in favor of David Cerminara, c/o Ogg, CordesMurphy & Ignelzi, Riverview Place, 245 Fort Pitt Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA  15222 in the aggregate sum of $20,000 in full and final settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court at 08-CV-0228 arising from alleged claims of disability discrimination and retaliation and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
