Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a  warrant in favor of Christopher Guzzy, c/o Ogg, CordesMurphy & Ignelzi, Riverview Place, 245 Fort Pitt Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA  15222 in the aggregate sum of $30,000 in full and final settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court at 08-CV-0660 arising from alleged compensatory damages and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
