Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or for the use of existing Contracts, for the installation and maintenance of traffic signal hardware throughout the City; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $50,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, for the installation and maintenance of traffic signal hardware throughout the City at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
