Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or contract or contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with The Three Rivers Youth Shelter to provide services related to the Youth Curfew Center at a cost not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) over a period of one year, chargeable to and payable from the following chartfield:
