Title

Resolution providing for the transfer to the Equipment Leasing Authority, the sum of $70,000.00, representing The Department of Public Works portion of the cost for the purchase of three Recycling Mini Packers, and all related accessories, for the Bureau of Environmental Services.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The City Controller is authorized, on behalf of the Director of the Department of Public Works, to transfer the amount of seventy thousand ($70,000.00) to the Equipment Leasing Authority, to cover the City's share of the cost for Three Recycling Mini Packers, and all related accessories, for the Bureau of Environmental Services. The total cost for three Packers is $324,685.87, of which $254,685.87 is covered through a State Grant, the City share to be $70,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870, Org. 400000, Account 542700, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2009, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services.
