Title
Resolution providing for an agreement to enter into a contract with the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh in order to facilitate a partnership agreement required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development for specific and varied education and outreach services. Cost not to exceed $15,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter to an Agreement, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for miscellaneous services required by the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations as part of its Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Such services are required by the Commission as a substantially equivalent agency and may include, but are not limited to education and outreach in the form of television and radio announcements, advertising on buses, taxi-cabs, billboards, bus shelters, and other city-wide outreach efforts. Services under this Agreement will not exceed FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the HUD Trust Fund, PEOPLE SOFT CODES: Org. 105000; Fund 2630; Sub-Class 600; Account 520000; Budget Year 2009.
This Agreement will be in effect during the year 2009/2010.
