Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) to accept a donation from Michael Baker International in the amount of TEN THOUSAND dollars ($10,000) to support the City of Pittsburgh’s Safe Routes to School Program. Donated monies shall be deposited into the DOMI General Fund Operating supplies 11101.600000.56151.
