Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with A. Liberoni Inc., for costs associated with Construction for the Sylvan Avenue Multimodal Path Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Dollars and Thirty-Seven Cents ($1,645,770.37), of which One Million Seventy-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Four Dollars ($1,077,744.25) is reimbursable.
