Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements with Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA"), in a form approved by the City Solicitor, designating URA as the City's agent for implementation of a Neighborhood Stabilization Program ("NSP") grant of up to $20,000,000 from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development ("DCED"), requiring compliance by URA with DCED's NSP requirements, authorizing the disbursement of NSP funds to URA and providing for the reimbursement of the Commonwealth for any expenditure of NSP funds found by DCED to be ineligible.
