Cost not to exceed $40,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Finance, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, and to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, and to purchase materials and supplies, in connection with miscellaneous repairs to streets and structures, at a cost not to exceed $40,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
