Resolution amending Resolution No. 370, effective July 11, 2008 entitled " Resolution providing that the City enter into a temporary professional services agreement for the purpose of providing an excess workers' compensation insurance policy, cost not to exceed $357,488.00" so as to increase the amount by $33,405.00 from $357,488 to $390,893.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Amending Resolution No. 370, effective July 11, 2008, entitled "Resolution providing that the City enter into a temporary professional services agreement for the purpose of providing an excess workers' compensation insurance policy, cost not to exceed $357,488.00" by increasing the amount by Thirty Three Thousand, Four Hundred and Five Dollars ($33,405) from Three Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty Eight Dollars ($357,488) to Three Hundred Ninety Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars ($390,893). This amount shall be chargeable to and payable from Account 574600, Fund 8170, Organization 999300, SubClass 600, and Budget Year 2008, Department of Personnel and Civil Service.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council from the following chart accounts:
