Resolution vacating a portion of Ade Way from Alter Street to its terminus in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Ade Way in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That vacating a portion of Ade Way, 20' feet wide, from Alter Street westwardly to its terminus at the City of Pittsburgh/Scott Township boundary line, as located in lots 7-13 and 19-26 in the Brown, Walker and McAteers Plan of Lots, P. B. V. 9, Page 89, All that portion of Ade Way, to be vacated, situate in the 28th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the southerly right of way line of Ade Way, 20.00 feet wide, and the westerly right of way line of Alter Street, 40 feet wide; thence from said point of the beginning by the southerly right of way line of Ade Way S 47°45'00” W a distance of 280.00 feet to a point on the line dividing the 28th Ward, City of Pittsburgh and Scott Township; thence by the line dividing the 28th Ward, City of Pittsburgh and Scott Township and through said Ade Way the following 3 courses and distances:
N 42°15'00” W a distance of 10.00 feet;
S 47°45'00” W a distance of 40.00 feet;
