Resolution granting unto The Watson Institute, 301 Camp Meeting Road, Sewickley, PA 15143, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a private storm sewer on Ravoux Way for the Craig Academy at 255 South Negley Avenue in the 8th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That The Watson Institute, 301 Camp Meeting Road, Sewickley, PA 15143, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a private 15” storm sewer in the right-of-way of Ravoux Way as described:
All that certain private storm sewer, situate in the 8th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the centerline of which is more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly right of way line of Ravoux Way, 20.00' feet wide, said point being N 24°43'53” E a distance of 44.14' feet from a point at the line dividing lands now or formerly of Craig Academy and lands now or formerly the City of Pittsburgh Housing Authority; thence from said point of beginning N 58°13'00” W a distance of 20.15' feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of Ravoux Way for 255 South Negley Avenue in the 8th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-684 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction.
