Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Ward McGough, LLC in an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($4,863.50) for legal services and costs incurred, for defending a suit filed by Lamar Advertising Company against certain Council members and providing for the payment thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follow:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Ward McGough, LLC, Suite 2312 Koppers Building, 436 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($4,863.50) in payment of legal services and costs incurred, for defending a suit filed by Lamar Advertising Company against certain Council members, without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2008, in the Department of Law.
