Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Ward McGough, LLC, Suite 2312 Koppers Building, 436 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15219 in an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($4,515.00) in payment of legal services provided for defending the City of Pittsburgh in the FOP Retiree Healthcare lawsuit in the Supreme Court, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2008, in the Department of Law.
