Resolution authorizing the Department of Finance to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements for credit card acceptance services for the collection of Rental Permit Registration Fees owed to the City of Pittsburgh on an annual basis at a cost not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per year, and providing for the cost thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, Chief of Bureau of Building Inspection and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for credit card acceptable services for the collection of Rental Permit Registration Fees to the City of Pittsburgh on an annual basis at a cost not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per year, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
