Section 1.      The Controller's Office is hereby authorized and directed to transfer a total of $5,000 $7,000 as indicated from the following account:

$5,000 $7,000 from the District 9 Clerk's Miscellaneous Services, Organization 101200, Fund 1000, Subclass 150 account 526100, Budget Year 2008

To the following account:

$5,000 $7,000  to the District 9 Crime Trust Fund, Organization 101290, Fund 7325,
