Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Colcom Foundation for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of forty five thousand dollars ($45,000.00).  These funds will be used to support the development of a comprehensive public art plan for the City of Pittsburgh.  The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund:  account 5000000, sub class 600, fund 2940, organization code 110000, project PR10025 budget year 2008, Department of City Planning.
 
Section 2.       The Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with the Colcom Foundation outlined in Section 1 of this resolution. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed forty five thousand dollars ($45,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund: account: 5000000, sub class 600, fund: 2940 organization code 110000, project PR10025 budget year 2008, Department of City Planning.
