Body
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's 2001 Neighborhood Needs Supplement Program in an amount not to exceed One Million, One Hundred Twenty Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Eight Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,128,888.00) chargeable to and payable from the following chart-fields.
