Title
Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or for the use of existing agreements and/or contracts, for the purchase of computer hardware, software and in-car video equipment, maintenance, installation, professional services, licenses, warranties, accessories and training in conjunction with the installation of enhancement or implementation of automated systems for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, at a cost not to exceed one hundred thirty five thousand dollars ($135,000) and for the purchase of specialty vehicles at a cost not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and providing for the cost thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into contract or contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, for the purchase of computer hardware, software and in-car video equipment, maintenance, installation, professional services, licenses, warranties, accessories and training in conjunction with the enhancement or implementation of automated systems for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police at a cost not to exceed one hundred thirty five thousand dollars ($135,000) and for the purchase of specialty vehicles at a cost not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
