Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with Gentile-Meinert & Associates, Inc., a Professional Corporation for professional services in connection with the investigation of Complaints filed before the City of Pittsburgh Ethics Board, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $10,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for Gentile-Meinert & Associates, Inc to provide professional services in connection with the investigation of Complaints filed before the City of Pittsburgh Ethics Board, as required by Chapter 197 of the Pittsburgh City Code, at a cost not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), chargeable to and payable from Fund 8535, Sub Class 600, Organization Code 108450, Budget Year 2008, Ethics Board Trust Fund.
