Title

Resolution providing that the City enter into a temporary professional services agreement for the purpose of providing an excess workers' compensation insurance policy, cost not to exceed $357,488.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.       The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission are hereby authorized to purchase an excess workers' compensation insurance policy.  The term of the policy shall be one year at a cost of $357,488 (Three Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Eight Dollars.  This amount shall be chargeable to and payable from Account 574600, Fund 8170, Organization 999300, Sub Class 600 and Budget Year 2008, Department of Personnel and Civil Service.
