Resolution providing for the acceptance by the City of Pittsburgh from the Allegheny Land Trust of certain property residing in the Nineteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh being Block 6-J, Lot 5 and Block 6-J, Lot 6, addressed as Greenleaf Street to become an addition to and extension of the Grand View Scenic Byway Park.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a deed from the Allegheny Land Trust conveying certain property designated as Block 6-J, Lot 5 and Block 6-J, Lot 6 to become an addition to and extension of the Grand View Scenic Byway Park, in fee simple and at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh. The City will accept the property subject to a conservation easement in the Allegheny Land Trust, and the Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation will provide stewardship as outlined in their Park Cooperation Agreement with the City of Pittsburgh.

All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Nineteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County Pennsylvania as Block 6-J, Lot 5 and Block 6-J, Lot 6.
Deed recording and Realty transfer tax to be paid by the City of Pittsburgh, Account No 526600, Fund 1000, Organization 107000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2008.
